Laser lipolysis is a very effective method for removing fat below the chin/jowls and tightening of the skin. This procedure may be performed in the office under local sedation.
First, the submentum and neck are numbed with local anesthetic. Next, the laser fiber is inserted under the skin through a tiny incision, that is easily hidden.
